How the data on this site is sourced, refreshed and presented.

Where the data comes from

Casinventory tracks the slot game catalog supplied by SlotsLaunch, an industry data service that aggregates game information directly from game studios. Our platform imports the full catalog once per day, so new releases, updated specifications and corrected details typically appear here within 24 hours of entering the source feed. Each game page reflects the most recent import.

What the numbers mean — and what they are not

Figures such as RTP (theoretical return to player), volatility, reels, paylines and maximum win multiplier are provider-reported specifications: they describe how the studio built and certified the game. We do not independently test games, and we do not adjust these figures. Where a specification is missing from the source data, we show a dash rather than an estimate — an honest gap beats an invented number. RTP in particular is a long-run theoretical value certified for the game, not a prediction of any session's outcome.

Upcoming releases

Release dates for unreleased games come from the same industry feed and can shift as studios adjust their schedules. To keep listings meaningful, the site shows upcoming games up to roughly two months ahead; far-future or undated announcements are held back until their dates firm up. Watchlist reminders and calendar files always use the latest known date.

How “Similar games” are chosen

Similar-game suggestions are computed from the catalog itself, not paid placement. The matching engine scores every pair of games on shared characteristics — name family (sequels and variants from the same studio), themes, category, volatility, provider, mechanics such as Megaways or Bonus Buy, reel and payline layout, win potential and release recency — and groups the strongest matches into the tiers you see on each game page. Suggestions are additionally curated by hand: poor matches get removed, and removals stick. No studio can pay to appear in these lists.

Corrections

Spotted something wrong — a mislabeled mechanic, an outdated date, a broken thumbnail? Tell us via the contact page. Corrections feed back into the catalog and are protected from being overwritten by later imports.
